The Curt’s Special Recipe story is one of family and sharing the love of food. Curt’s salsa was born in a cabin kitchen, brought to life by husband and wife team Curt and Betty Hollister. It was raised as a family favorite, getting bigger (and bolder) one farmer’s market at a time. As Curt’s matured and the Hollisters prepared for retirement, they partnered with Monty and Terri Brine – friends and neighbors who shared their passion – to carry on the tradition. Today, Monty and Terri’s son-in-law Scott looks after Curt’s growing family of hand-crafted, small batch salsas and sauces using the best ingredients possible, including Curt’s signature blend of herbs and spices.​
