This is my favorite soup if you have allergies or a cold, clears you up within one cup. Great flavor, texture and not to spicy.

  3. Victoria

I love this soup – I add a bit of chive, some powdered ginger, & shallots, & it’s heaven! You can add just about anything to it, spice-wise, & it’s good, or just eat as it is.

This is an excellent hot & sour soup. Complex flavor; sour aspect good but not too spicy hot. Not surprising considering they want to sell to everyone, not just us fanatics. You can add spicy if you desire. (It helps!!) I also added a few extra drops of soy sauce. Adding a few pieces of thinly sliced pork loin would make this exceptionally good. I will definitely be buying this soup again. Yummm!!!!!

Very easy to prepare. The added egg is all you need to make a very nice soup similar to what one might get in a restaurant.
