Product is fine if you are using it as a soup starter. The dry ingredients don’t add much flavor. Don’t follow the cooking direction. It takes about 2 hours of constant simmer before the dry ingredients to fully absorb the liquid.

We love Leonard Mountain Soups, especially the Amigos series of soups. The fact they are low-sodium means you get more flavor in the spice pack. So many of the soups make salt a primary ingredient but Leonard Mountain focuses on flavor from herbs, spices, veggies, etc. They all make great bases for adding meat or extra veggies. Another plus- the herbs, spices, and thickener pack is separated from the ‘solids’ pack. I love the fact that the spice pack doesn’t lump up unlike other dried soups I’ve tried.
